For some, the music is a property like any other, for others, this subject is the confrontation of the 21’s century. “i’m not a television”, screams Tom Zé in Festival Recbeat, in Recife - choreographies dictate the rhythm in the carnival of pernambuco, while part of the industry of the entertainment keeps opposing itself to the independent culture.
